2 κουταλιές σούπας γλυκό του κουταλιού.
2 κουταλιές γλυκού ταχίνι.
4 κουταλιές σούπας βρώμη.
2 κουταλιές γλυκού αποξηραμένα φρούτα και ξηρούς καρπούς.

We will need (for 2 servings):
2 tablespoons of spoon sweet.
2 teaspoons of tahini (that is sesame pulp).
4 tablespoons of oats.
2 teaspoons of dried fruit and nuts.
Implementation.
We divide in two bowls half of the above quantities and in the order of reading.
Mix thoroughly until the mixture is homogenized in a paste.
The wet cereal bar is ready for consumption !!!
Good appetite and enjoyment with this healthy snack that combines all the magic of the traditional spoon sweet of our mum and our grandmother etc with the imperatives of the modern society for healthy nutrition !!!
History of the idea:
As I often emphasize here, nothing, but nothing should be thrown away. Not a food that has not spoiled. If you do not want it, give it, if you cannot eat it alone, combine it. If there are too many leftings, it is good to learn to buy smaller quantities. Besides, what is culinary, composition of raw materials .... I very often combine ready-made things to prepare a new food, si i often call it, apart from cooky cooking, and puzzle cooking !!!
